The hotel was a disappointing stay overall due to cleanliness issues and unhelpful staff. The service was below par, with rude responses from staff when requesting basic amenities like fresh towels. The location was convenient for my needs but lacked maintenance, making it messy in some areas. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were average.
